Effective
software developer requires capabilities to identify and address bottlenecks, prioritise,
and initiate collaboration. This foundational course of Kanban and Lean will
give you the knowledge of the fundamental concepts of the Kanban method and the
application in complex projects with a lot of churn. Unlike other theoretical
courses, our workshops are designed to put your real-life cases into the
application of Kanban.
At why
innovation!, we believe that through our interactive exercises, case
studies, and examples, you would develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities
and insights needed to make the shift from the traditional software development
practices to Lean Agile approach. Read more about our why! approach to trainings.
